Matthew Fujisawa
Matthew Fujisawa is SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development at BenevolentAI, and is responsible for defining the commercial strategy, developing partnership models and securing new business and growth opportunities.
Matthew has 14 years of international healthcare and life sciences experience across the US, Europe and Asia, and extensive experience helping health and biotech companies create value and grow. Most recently, he served as VP of Corporate Development at the digital healthcare provider Kry. Prior to this, he was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading teams in pharma, medtech and healthcare services, with a focus on strategy, corporate finance and advanced analytics. Matthew also co-founded a successful digital healthcare startup that was acquired in 2018, and held leadership roles in M&A, business development and strategy for Northwell Health, an integrated healthcare system in the US. He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating with High Distinction.
