Notification for purposes of article 13 of the luxembourg law of 11 january 2008 on transparency requirements for issuers

27 April 2022 – As a result of the completion of the redemption of 25,137,581 class A shares on 26 April 2022, the percentage of own shares of BenevolentAI (formerly known as Odyssey Acquisition S.A.) reached 17.32%. This percentage has been calculated on the basis of 25,137,581 own shares out of 145,126,303 shares in issue to which voting rights are attached.
