As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing target identification projects including the deployment of our technology to identify novel drug targets and the validation of those targets. In each project, you will work closely with a project leadership team representing the key functions; and you will coordinate the activities of an extended cross-functional group of north of a dozen internal highly skilled individual contributors and external collaborators and CROs. You will create a well structured plan with timelines and budget working with highly motivated partners across geographies to determine resource needs, propose priorities, and identify and manage risks. You will drive the execution of projects keeping individuals accountable for their work and leveraging a broader network to ensure continued engagement from stakeholders.You will understand the different products developed at BenevolentAI, how they interact and apply this understanding to ensure a successful delivery. You will be a champion for best-practices in project management and embed better ways of working across the organisation.With this in mind we are looking for a highly motivated Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of our programmes which are at the core of our business.
