The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, interviewers and candidates to ensure a flawless interview process. You will be essential to the success of the team as you will also help design, implement and drive innovative improvements and share ideas. If you are highly organised, extremely creative, great at working with people and getting them where they need to be at the right time and want to work as part of an amazing team, this is the role for you!

Primary Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate remote, onsite and phone interviews as well as online meetings, lunches, events, etc.
  • Manage the interview process via current ATS (workable) and maintain accurate records.
  • Create meaningful metrics and reporting to drive decision making, tracking and process improvement.
  • Help to craft adverts that will attract the best candidates.
  • Facilitate and support the talent acquisition process from requisition creation through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Provide your own creative insight and ideas to identify opportunities to improve efficiency as well as ways to improve our employer brand and candidate experience.
  • There will be the opportunity to make this role your own and for you to develop into the area of sourcing and recruitment going forward.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Greet candidates and ensure the interview experience is unforgettable.
  • Arrange candidate travel as needed.

We are looking for someone with

  • You will be a strong administrator with an interest in recruitment or HR
  • Excellent customer service experience gained in any previous environment
  • Strong ability to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with a focus on quality will be key to your success.
  • Ability to juggle and effectively prioritise multiple tasks – knowing when to escalate issues.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience in sticky situations and to resolve issues with a problem solving can-do attitude.
  • Strong understanding of and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to easily communicate with a diverse group of people globally.
  • Good at picking up new systems.
Nice to haves
  • Exposure to sourcing tools and candidates.
  • Previous HR admin/recruitment experience
  • Previous applicant tracking systems experience
  • Previous Biotech, Life Sciences or Technology experience.
  • Understanding of the visa sponsorship process
