Product Manager

The Role

As a Product Manager, you will support the Senior Product Managers in defining and executing the roadmap for our AI-driven Drug Discovery products. You will work closely with the UX and PM team conducting user research, validating products, planning sprints, and helping to set and deliver on the product objectives of your team.

We are keen to hear from Product Managers interested in working with multi-modality biological data and interested in learning to develop either user facing or AI/ML-focussed products that create significant impact for their users.

Challenging and meaningful, this role will give you a chance to bring your own experience, ideas, and creativity to push forward exciting projects quickly with the chance to try genuinely new ways to find medicines.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the senior product managers in scoping and defining requirements.
  • Support in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand ups, retros, demos, estimation, and backlog pruning.
  • Work with the senior product manager to define and track the work against the roadmap.
  • Work with the senior product manager to measure and validate products.
  • Support the senior product manager in reviewing and prioritising feature requests from users.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Develops and maintains a solid foundation of market knowledge in the area, and proactively identifies potential issues/risks.

We are looking for someone with

  • A BSc in a scientific or technical field (engineering, maths, science) or equivalent experience
  • General understanding of user research approaches.
  • Experience with design sprints.
  • Experience capturing user needs and improving user experience from multidisciplinary end users.
  • Familiarity with the phases of the product development life cycle.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Experience in a commercial and agile environment.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels inside an organisation.
Nice to haves
  • Pharmaceutical or biomedical experience is a plus.
