With over 35 nationalities and a range of backgrounds represented in our Benevolent team, we aim to build an inclusive environment where our people can bring their authentic selves to work, be respected for who they are and the exceptional work they do. We welcome and actively encourage applications from all sections of society and are committed to offering equal employment opportunities regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, parental status, disability, age, citizenship, or any other basis. We see our diversity as an asset as we tackle challenging problems that bridge the gap between drug discovery and technology.
We are looking for Product Managers who are excellent communicators and have a proven track record of working in agile environments and cross-functional teams. As a Product Manager at BenevolentAI, you will play a key role in managing our products and processes, working with world-class engineers and scientists to understand data, derive technical and user requirements, and translate them into valuable products. You will play a key role in the planning and refinement of sprints, managing cross-team and third-party dependencies within an agile development environment, and you will be responsible for managing the product backlog.
Our tools use the latest technologies to derive valuable information from the integration of structured data sources and as a Product Manager, you will be working closely with a range of individuals, including engineering, bioinformatics, design and drug discovery to develop our products.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand complex technical detail and translate user needs into product requirements and actionable engineering tasks. Additionally, they will be passionate about supporting research activities whilst ensuring that their product fulfils the specified use cases, and works as part of the drug discovery workflow.
The Product Manager role for user-facing products (3) requires prior experience in conducting user research and working closely with design to create front end products; experience in managing products used to visualise data and analytics is a plus.
We share a passion for being part of a mission that matters, and we are always looking for curious and collaborative people who share our values and want to be part of our journey. If that sounds like a fit for you, hit the apply button and join us.
