People Projects Coordinator

The Role

The People Projects Coordinator will report directly to the SVP People and will play a key part in delivering two key systems-related projects, including the sourcing of and transition to a new payroll provider. This is a full time 3 month contract.

Primary Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Auditing and maintaining our HR compliance dashboard
  • Ensuring that we always have the right paperwork and checks on file for all colleagues.
  • You will also provide additional support to our existing team, as required, with the issue of contracts and maintenance of our Sage People Hub.

We are looking for someone with

  • Systems savvy, and has a good understanding of HR / People systems
  • Demonstrable ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy for auditing files
  • Ability to challenge how things are done and make improvements
  • Understanding of and previous involvement in the payroll process would be beneficial
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with external providers and colleagues
  • Can work at pace, with the ability to combine key projects with business as usual
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage different projects and deliver to defined timelines.
