Despite billions of dollars being spent on drug development each year, there is still a 96% overall failure rate in drug development.
Today, we have the opportunity to do better. BenevolentAI was founded to rethink the way drug discovery is done and deliver a pipeline of new medicines to patients suffering from devastating diseases. We have built a new type of culture based on true collaboration between science and technology. Machine learning engineers, data scientists, informaticians, drug discovery scientists and chemists work together to derive new biological insights that lead to new medicines. We do it “because it matters”.
